Those pansies are just so summery to me. Unbelievable. :) I've seen some pics of lovely cakes decorated with pansies, but I have never tried eating them. Plus, I doubt the ones they sell overhere are edible. I mean I would think they are not very 'organic'... Very interesting piece of info of them indeed!
